…so going outside is bearable, and my illnesses are pretty much gone. No more painful cough. No more everything else. I have a much needed 3-day break from everything starting today. Not going anywhere. Not planning to do anything in particular. Just rest, and make sure my illness is gone completely and that I can regain my sanity after stressing out about so many things.
There’s some new additions to the Pics page of the website, make sure you check that out. My trip to Germany pictures are up, the car album is pretty much done, and I even put up a picture gallery of my mom’s garden because I thought it would be interesting for some visitors. The guys wanna see the cars, the women want to see flowers, right? The CD Collection in the “Stuff” section is also complete, I made a page for every CD. What’s next? A new portfolio. I’m going to have the same portfolio examples for now, but it will navigate a little easier and load a little faster. That’s my project for the next couple days. I have some different ideas i’m going to try.
Well “Minnesota Nice” has struck again and made the best of July 4th this year. A couple of jerks on boats on Lake Minnetonka got in a drunken fight, similar to the scary tales we hear about road rage, just on boats. The guy threw him off his boat and ran him over, killing him in the process. Then rescuers drove their boat all over Lake Minnetonka looking for the body, but the partiers on other boats were being just as big of jerks by getting in the way, one even climbed up on the police boat threatening the police officers. I’m going to emphasize that these were all adults involved. “Minnesota Nice” is a crock, it’s more like “Minnesota Passive-Agressive.” I’m hating this place more and more every day.
I think after college i’m going to be looking for work outside of Minnesota. Not in North Dakota, i’d be paid with peanuts up there. Can’t pay SallieMae (student loans) with Peanuts. We’ll see, just gotta get through school first.
Yikes, my Ramen Noodles are boiling over. Better go. Talk to you again soon.
