4.5 out of 5 Stars.
I checked out Bricksworth Brewing in Burnsville this week. I kinda of came across it by accident. My son had a birthday party to go to at Grand Slam and this place was just down the street, so I went and grabbed some chicken wings and tasted a few beers.
Not only was the place super chill, the staff were really nice, the honey sriracha chicken wings deserve a review of their own … they were really really good, but the beers were worth phoning home about.
A Thousand Cuts – American IPA – 4.5 out of 5. This one was my favorite
AV Club – New England IPA – 4.0 out of 5. Not bad.
Pizza Rolls – New England IPA – 3.7 out of 5. This was the one that seemed to be recommended as most popular, but I didn’t like it as much. No, it didn’t taste like pizza, which is good.
Star Six Nine – New England IPA – 4.1 out of 5
Tax Man – American IPA – 3.9 out of 5
In general, all the IPA options made this place right up my alley. If you aren’t into IPAs they had some Sours, Stouts, even a Lite Lager and Pilsner. I highly recommend, I give the whole place a 4.5 out of 5!
I’m not a beer expert by any means, people have their personal tastes, this is just what I liked. This review was not asked for or sponsored by anyone.
